What we can do for you:
At the Congressional Management Foundation (CMF), I directed advocacy programs for more than 50 nonprofit and association clients—designing and leading citizen-advocacy trainings that helped organizations and their members build effective relationships with policymakers through both virtual and in-person engagement. Prior to that, as Vice President of Government Relations at Banner Public Affairs, I managed client portfolios across Congress and the Administration—organizing coalition meetings, drafting and amending legislation, and preparing witnesses for hearings. Bellflower Communications brings more than a decade of experience in government relations, advocacy, and field strategy across Capitol Hill, state, and local levels—helping organizations advance policy, funding, and awareness goals.Experience includes directing advocacy programs for more than 50 nonprofit and association clients at the Congressional Management Foundation (CMF), designing and leading citizen-advocacy trainings that helped organizations and their members build effective relationships with policymakers.

Why It Matters
Government affairs isn’t just for big corporations. Sending someone to Washington—or even your state capitol—on behalf of your nonprofit, small business, or local issue can dramatically amplify your voice. A single meeting, briefing, or letter can inform key staffers, shape funding priorities, and open doors for future opportunities. Whether it’s organizing a D.C. fly-in, preparing testimony, or simply navigating how to reach the right decision-maker, professional advocacy helps your mission stand out in a crowded policy landscape.
Our secret sauce is empowering everyday Americans—experts in their own fields and communities—to understand the value they bring to congressional offices. We help people and organizations set up, prepare for, run, and follow up on Hill meetings that make a lasting impression and drive real change. Bellflower bridges the gap between local expertise and federal impact—making your goals actionable, your message strategic, and your advocacy unforgettable.
